A new hobby

Thanks to my wonderful mother and in honor of turning 34, I have picked up a new hobby:

Say, "hello" to my new Pfaff 1142 sewing machine! So far, I have threaded a bobbin, threaded the machine and played with some stitches on some scrap fabric I had in my smocking box.


I can't wait for Joanna (my sewing expert) to be on maternity leave for the real lessons to begin...as if she won't be busy enough with a newborn!!
