Luke and Molly's Dedication

Sunday, May 8th was a special day for many women as we celebrated Mothers Day.  I will bet that mine was just a little more memorable as we were able to have Luke and Molly dedicated at church.  As many of you know, we love the church we have been worshipping at for about a year and a half.  First Baptist Church Coppell is a small congregation (compared to other churches we have belonged to) and so very welcoming!  Sunday was just another reason as to why we love our church.  It happened that Molly and Luke were the only babies dedicated on Sunday and it was so special and intimate.  I am so glad we were able to share this with our family and friends.  Thank you all for being a part of this special day.  It is our prayer that we raise all 3 of our kids in a loving, Christian home and teach them to love Jesus and God's word at an early age.

I was especially grateful that Mom was able to be in town for the weekend.  She hit the ground running as soon as she landed helping me cook for the brunch we had after the church service.  It was delicious and so wonderful to spend the weekend with her again.

Ely cracks me up!

Molly is wearing my baptism gown that I wore 32 years ago!
